How to manage your plan and billing

Your subscription plan determines which features are available and how many properties you can manage.

Step 1: Open Settings

Go to Settings from the sidebar (under Account), then click Billing.

Step 2: View your current plan

The billing page shows your active plan, property limit, and next billing date. You can see which features are included.

Step 3: Upgrade or change plan

Click Change plan to see available options. Select a plan and confirm — changes take effect immediately and are prorated.

Step 4: Manage payment method

Update your card or payment details through the Stripe customer portal. Click Manage payment method to open the secure billing portal.

Step 5: View invoices

Past invoices are available in the billing portal. Download them for your records or accounting.

Tips

  • If you hit your property limit, you will see an upgrade prompt when trying to add a new property.
  • Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Contact us if you need a custom plan for a large portfolio.
